Global hash partitioned indexes

is there planned support of global hash partitioned indexes for version 17?
We have some troubles, because Compare user objects feature recognizes them as local.

we are considering a purchase, but support for partitions—and particularly support for partitioned indexes—is crucial to our decision. Can anyone specify when this functionality will be available?
