Flickering tooltips

I see the tooltips (for example debug variables) flickering. It appears, disappears and appears again.
It happens, if I have the "Fade or slide tooltips into view" checked in Windows performance options
PLSQL Developer 9.0.0.1601, Win7 64bit.

I see what you mean now. It only happens for tooltips within an editor. It is the same in 8.0 and 9.0. We'll try to fix it.

every time i switch between SQL windows it does that.
it is veryfrustratingg as I switch between windows pretty often.

Last week I have an other strange thing.
Sometimes the SQL windows corrupts, I do not know why.

I execute the select statement, and when I switch to an program or test window, and I switch back to this SQL, it looks like this :

Of course, if I re-run the select, it looks normal again, but after an other window change, it goes wrong

I have never seen this before, and cannot figure out, why does it happen. Maybe it is related to my hardware change. The previous PC was an Intel E7500, ASUS P5QLPro motherboard, ATI 5430 video card, 4G RAM, Win7x64, and PL/SQL Developer 9.0.6.1665
My new PC is Intel i5 2310, Asus P68 board, and everything else is the same, even the video card. This motherboard does not have onboard IGP.
I tried without ATI video drivers, nothing changed, and tried with the latest 12.6 driver, it does not help. Tried to turn off Windows animations (slide combo boxes, animate windows, etc), and in PLSQLDev. options, the display buffering, but the problem persists.
