Feature Request: Plugins

I would like to be able to set Breakpoints in a plugin. I see where I could execute the key to do this, but if the user changes what key is assigned to toggle breakpoints unpredictable results would occur. And, I don't want to toggle, I want to clearly Set or Unset breakpoints.
