feature: mark the connections (everywhere) with their icons

The Connections list allows for defining colors to each connection and each connections folder.

The same should be true for items in the Connection switcher context menu (when plsqldev is in multi-connection mode). Currently, the only icons shown there are either a key or no icon at all.
