Explain plan black tree issue

PL/SQL Developer, version 16.0.8 (16.0.0 also), OS: Windows 7 x64. Explain plan window tree tab always filled with black color (text and background). HTML, Text, XML tabs is ok. Is this a bug?

I cannot reproduce this. Can you try the following?

1. Exit PL/SQL Developer
2. Go to %APPDATA%\PLSQL Developer 16\Preferences
3. Rename the directory with your username to username.disabled
   (All your preferences are now reset)
4. Restart PL/SQL Developer and try the Explain Plan again
5. Delete the directory with your username and rename username.disabled to username
   (All your preferences are now restored)

Let me know how this turns out.

Unfortunately this not helped, but maybe next information will be useful.
After steps 1, 2, 3 I restart PL/SQL Developer and receive such message when explain plan window first start:

P.S. PL/SQL Developer 15 and earlie works fine.

I installed MS Edge WebView2, latest available for Windows 7, with MS Evergreen Bootstrapper, nothing changed. I can't install using button "Install MS Edge Viewer" in PL/SQL Developer, process interrupts by MS installer, I suspect because my OS version.
