It works fine for me with WE8MSWIN1252. The character set of your controls need to match this of course, so that the Euro sign is character 128.

Hallo,
I have found the problem - of course ... it was me the problem . Instead of changing the NLS_LANG in the ORACLE\HOME(x) directory I have changed it into the ORACLE directory.
