Error when open file from git repo

I get an access violation when I try to open a file from the file browser. But only if the file comes from a Git repository.
After that the unpinned file browser will not disappear as usual

Can you send me the plsqldev.elf file that was generated for this error? If is located here:

%APPDATA%\PLSQL Developer 14\plsqldev.elf

For example:

C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\PLSQL Developer 14\plsqldev.elf
