Error sending mail (2).

I have a new install of PL\SQL developer and Windows Office 2003 (Outlook 2003) and now when I select File->E-mail... I just get a message "Error sending mail (2).". This did not happen when I was using Windows Office XP (Outlook 2002).

I'm not sure what the error is or if there is a log file or something that I can used to diagnose the issue. Any ideas?

In the Windows Explorer, can you go to Tools > Folder Options > File Types, and check if "URL:MailTo Protocol" is associated with Outlook 2003?

If it is, can you verify that an e-mail hyperlink like support@allroundautomations.com opens Outlook 2003?
