i downloaded plsqldev.exe, whn i tried to open that im getting the follwoing error

Errorlsqldev.exe is not a valid Win32 application

ny suggestions?

You will need to download it again. The file was obviously damaged during transfer. Make sure that you disable any proxy server in your Web Browser, to prevent that it sends you the cached (damaged) file.
