Error in TOracleDataSetEditor (v 3.4.4) ?

TOracleDataSetEditor.GetVerbCount in unit OracleDesign returns 5(verbs) but actually 6 verbs exsists. Is it correct?

No, this is a bug in 3.4.4. We'll have a 3.4.5 patch available shortly, which is also Delphi 6 compatible.
