enhancement requests

Hi,

I love to work with the Code Contents. With all the new section like "Declaration", "Code section". it helps us to find rapidly part of the package.

But I don't uderstand why we don't have a "Declaration section" for the variable that are global to the package spec and body.

Because when we have a lot of them we have to scroll down a lot to find the first byte of code.
