enhancement request - Results Export

Hi,

After query execution in SQL Window we have several menu items in data window:
- Save results,
- Export results (also available under icon),
- Copy to Excel.

Save results saves CSV file comma separated and Export results -> CSV file saves CSV file semicolon separated with extra empty line at the end of file.

My suggestion is to put them all together into one Save results menu item and remove one of two CSV exports (possibly create option in preferences to select CSV separator).
