Enhancement request: Renamed window after restart using Desktop switch

I'm using the Desktop command line option to reload Program/SQL windows automatically after restart.

If in a previous session I have renamed a window that name shows after restart. However, once I execute said window the name is 'lost'.

It would be nice if that name could be retained even after executing.
