enhancement request: PSD file opening window should remember size

While I'm at PSD annoyances: Whenever I open a file in PSD and get the standard windows dialog box, this box seems to appear in the same size, which is always too small for me. I'd like it to remember the last setting or have it adjustable in the settings for my needs.
