Enhancement Request: Large Data Editor

I don't know if this has been asked for before, but I needed to manually scan (IEBEYEBALL for us old IBM supplied utilities types)for a certain character in a column. I could isolate which records had the value using a LIKE, but when I wanted to see where in the field I had to switch to the hex tab and use my finger to find it.

I'd like a Find option in the LDO window.

On the Text tab page of the Large Data Editor, pressing the Find function key should bring up the Find dialog.

Thank you, that got me there.

But, the reason I didn't try that was that clicking on the main window menu Edit gave me a beep and I figured because the window was modal I was out of luck. Bad assumption on my part I know, but it would be nice to include all functions that work in a window on that window.
