I like the new file browser, but I'd love it if it were possibly to support 'explorer' right-click extensions e.g. we use TortoiseSVN for Subversion - it would be great if I could right-click the 'SVN update' prior to loading a file into the editor.
I totally agree on this, also the Properties dialog is greatly missed, but when using CVS or Subversion, the missing right-click features are critical, and makes the file browser a little useless in daily use.
Please, correct the file browser in the current 8.0.1 version, so the user can use normal windows features, like using the right-click menu entries Properties, SVN Update etc.
Personally, I have removed the file browser from my window layout, because it, in it's current version, is quite useless and just takes up screen space. Please put some effort into making this new feature more usable. The idea was good, but the current implemenation is quite 'beta'-like.
The PLD software is still quite unique and valued by the user community, but needs attention to the last improvements and error corrections to get from 95% perfect to 99% perfect
