Follow OS's File Explorer Navigation in Objects Browser

To improve and faciltate usage of the Objects Browser, I would suggest to align with the common file explorer behavior. Mainly I'm constantly struggling with the mandatory double-click for opening object groups (folder icons) in the Objects Browser. To me this is quite counterintuitive, at least if you are used to Windows and its file-explorer.

Maybe a first step towards this goal could be achieved (with assumingly low efforts) with a dropdown for "Single-click Action" in Preferences > Object Browser.

You can single-click on the [+] or triangle of an icon to open its contents. It seems to me that the Windows File Explorer behaves the same? Folders only expand in the tree if you click on the [+] or trangle, or if you double-click on the icon.

The click on the triangle is another issue on the same topic. The current target area for a click around the trinagle character/icon is rather tiny. So you have to hit it very precise, which isn't convenient and often fails at first attempt (I consider myself having average experience pointing a mouse...). If the target area of the triangle could be expanded, it would additionally improve the situation.
