Enhancement Request: Compare and Export also Queues, not just Queue Tables

Currently Queues are not part of a "Compare User Objects", neither are they part of "Export User Objects", only Queue Tables are. Queues should be included in compare and export as well.

There should also be a DBMS_METADATA context menu for Queues, the same as for Queue Tables.
