Enchancement request: Impossible switch to SQLDev from HTML_Manual plugin by Alt+TAB

When open HTML_Manual window.
Impossible switch from HTML_Manual to SQLDeveloper using Alt+TAB. In task switch window viewed only HTML_Manual task.
But when active task is PLSQLdeveloper then in task switch window viewed two task: PLSQLDeveloper and HTML_Manual.
This disparity do cause discomfort.

We'll look into this. Perhaps changing the User Interface Option "HTML Help Window Stay on Top" can help?
