I noticed that sometimes in PL/SQL Developer (PSD) the text entry cursor can be one or rare occasions even more lines above from where the entry really happens then. The only option then is to close and reopen the affected PSD window again. In Command Window - Dialog tab the "Clear" command will resync the cursor shown location with its real current location as well.
I wonder if other users get this problem as well? I noticed it with Command Windows and SQL Windows, but that's also what I use most of the time.
