double quotes when copy&paste

Hello..
Does anybody know here why I have double quotes at the begining of every line when I do copy&paste? And there's empty line between every single line of code too (also with " sign). It's fresh install of PD and I can't find any option in preferences affecting this..Thank You for any hint.

I copied from grid and pasted to any app, like Notepad, Wordpad, Word..
Is there any way how to subscribe to email notifications on this forum...? :-(

Perhaps one or more values contain multiple lines? In that case quotes are added to separate the values.

This is an option when you create a new topic (Checkbox "Email Notification: emails sent to you whenever someone replies").

Nope, nothing like it. Realy all of lines begins with double quotes even from very simple table.

Did You ever met this problem: http://www.allroundautomations.com/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=3;t=003387 ? I'm experiencing both at once and there's no workaround. If You met both too maybe there's some connection between them.
