In the Connections panel, double-clicking anywhere causes the program to connect to the currently selected connection. This includes double-clicking in the blank area below the list, as well as double clicking the arrow next to a folder.
I don't think this is intentional, and it's even problematic when I expand a folder and quickly decide I didn't want that after all.
