Double-clicking anywhere in Connections panel starts connection

1. Left-click any connection in the Connections panel to select it
2. Double-click in some blank space in the Connections panel
3. Note: the program connects to the connection selected in #1.
4. Double-click on an expand/collapse indicator in the Connections panel
5. Note: the program connects to the connection selected in #1.

That is indeed en error in 12.0 and earlier. We'll fix it.
