DOA Help and Windows 10

Hi,
We are using Embarcadero C++ Builder XE8 with DOA-Tools 4.1.3.
Since we have update to Windows 10, DOA-Help is not longer working, we get a message that .hlp is no longer supported. What can we do to get a working help functionality?
Also, when trying to open the User's Guide, there comes a message that Manual.pdf could not be opened. Same file is present in Embarcadero\..\DOA\Doc folder.

The context sensitive help in .hlp format is indeed no longer supported on Windows 10.

You can use the User's Guide instead, which has the same contents and is in PDF format.
