DOA and Delphi Personal

I assume that DOA requires the Delphi 5 & 6 Professional versions so that developers can use the data components included with the Professional versions. However, it is possible to create DOA applications that do not use those components, only the standard Delphi components.

So, why not allow developers to install DOA into Personal versions of Delphi 5/6?

It is a thought, but it requires some re-design from our side. It can be done though, we just need to eliminate all TOracleDataSet code.
