With dua screen PC (Dell D420 + external 17" with "Mobile Intel(R) 945GM Express Chipset Family") when using VCS, the PLSQLDev windows moves and is split across both screens but not completely visible, after operation ends PLSQL windows is displayed strangely and must be iconified/deiconified to be seen properly.
Not an emergency just to be known in case it's PL/SQL issue not driver issue
