We are migrate from 9 to 10 oracle, and recive next problem:
When ~7Gb info be inserted to temporary table with DirectPathLoader, temp segment full for ~41Gb.

We are inserting very large amounts of data with the DirectPathLoader, and there ist no such problem. Can you post the code snippet of your Application, so I can have a look on it.
There are a few thinks that should be considered if you are using the DirectPathLoader in Delphi.
