difference viewer confused

The difference viewer seems to have a problem comparing the edited file with the current database content ...

I use Version 14.0.0.1956 Beta (32 bit) on Windows 10 (64-bit) Build 18362

It is production/test code and part of the comparison is in the database. I will try to provide test files.

Thanks. The first 50 lines or so should hopefully be sufficient to reproduce the issue.
