Debugger blocked by windows defender

Hi,

Did anybody find him/herself in a situation that the debugger is blocked (windows 10, plsqldeveloper 13.0.6.1911 (64 bit)) by windows defender ?

And, more important, is there a way to get around this?

The debugger uses standard SQL and PL/SQL. I'm not sure why it would be specifically blocked by Windows Defender. No other functions are blocked?
