Customer Folders Keep Disappearing

I create a custome folder to put my commonly used schemas into but this keeps disappearing. Sometimes it stays a few days, sometimes only a fw hours but it seems to disappear when i'm logging in/out a lot switching between databases.

Once its gone it doesnt come back and i have to recreate it

There are three other developers using the same version of the software from a shared network drive and they dont have this problem.

I hoped version 8 might fix this but it is still happening

Any suggestions?

Can you go to Help > Support Info, press the 'Copy all pages' button on this info screen, and paste this text into an e-mail reply?
