Custom Browser Folders Disappear

Hello.

It has happened a few times that I'll create a custom browser folder and add items to it but the next time I launch PSD it's gone. I'm using v7.0.1.1066. The folders had no specific connection defined. This only happens to newly created folders. If a folder makes it to the next PDS launch it sticks around.

I was not able to reproduce it but I'm pretty sure each time it happened that I had multiple instances of PL/SQL Developer opened.
