Crash when opening same package in two instances

Open a package (from database source) in one environment, say, the consolidation database, and leave it open in the editor. Connect to a different environment (maybe development database) and open the same package from the database source. Access violation occurs.

I'm running in single connection mode on build 11.0.0.1762

I cannot immediately reproduce this. Is there a reference to a plsqldev.elf file in the error message? If so, can you send it to support@allroundautomations.com?
