Could no activate Plug-In

I am relativly new to PL/SQL developer and I have installed the Version control interface ver 1.2. It was working for a while, but now when I start up PL/SQL developer, I get the following error:
"Could not activate Plug-In: Version Control Interface 1.2"
I am using VSS and uninstalled the plug in and re-installed with no success in solving the issue.

Any suggestions?

Did you perhaps uninstall or modify the VSS installation?

VSS is working outside of PL/SQL developer without any issues. I uninstalled the VSS installation and re-installed and it still produces the same error.

I deleted the VSS registry entries and that solved the issue.
