Copy to Excel xlsx slow performance (11.0.4.1774)

Hi

I noticed slow performance with export data to XLSX. I run SQL query with results over 20000 rows, 20 columns and option "Copy to Excel" (xlsx) takes about 4 minutes. I checked older version 11.03.1770 and export took only 5 seconds.

Is anybody who has the same problem?

Windows 8 (64-bit) 6.2 Build 9200
Version 11.0.4.1774
Oracle Client 11.2.0 x86

What are the column types? Do you have any CLOB columns or just number, date, varchar2 etc.?

Hi, sounds good. I have been suffering of bad performance when copying results to excel for a while now. Most of the time application stops responding and I will never get control back until I force to stop application after waiting about one hour.

My results never exceed 100000 lines and have about 10 columns (just numbers, dates and text < 250 characters)

When do you expect version 11.0.5 (we run the 32 bit version) to be released?
