copy table data with double quotes

I have the problem, that when I copy data from one window to another window the double quotes will be lost.
To explain it better, I select some columns from a table with double quotes in teh table data in a sql-window, highlight them copy and then go to another plsql-developer window and paste it there in the same table on another database and then there are no double quotes anymore.
Can someone reproduce the missbehaviour or is it an error on my side?
