Connections panel changes when switching Preference Sets

I have two Preference Sets: one default and one that has wildcards set up for certain connections. This second preference set uses a different color scheme.

When I change the main connection and a different preference set gets applied, the Connections panel behaves oddly. The folders and connections in it remain the same, but which folders are expanded/collapsed and which connection is currently selected changes. Frequently I collapse most folders and double-click the connection I want, only to have everything expanded, including the "Recent" folder", and scrolled out of view.

Can you please find the bit of code that re-organizes the Connections panel when the Preference Set is switched, and turn it off? ;) Thank you.

Thank you. I did a little more testing and it looks like there are two separate things going on here.

1) If I open/close a few folders in the Connection panel and then switch connections (in a way that switches preference sets) by using right-click->"Connect as Main", the opening/closing of folders gets un-done.

2) If I switch connections by double-clicking on a connection in the Connection panel, then additionally sometimes the "Recent" folder will get opened and I'll get scrolled somewhere halfway down the (very long) list of recent connections.

I can't imagine this is a very important thing to fix, but if I can help with any other details or testing let me know.
