connection issues! DOA41D6 on windows server 2008 64 bits

Hi, I use the DOA41D6 in a 32bits applications, it works on Windows 32 bits machine.
But on a Windows server 2008 64 bits. it failed to connect to Oracle, I got the message "ORA-12170: TNS:Connect timeout occurred". The oracle instance can be connected with SQL Plus.

any hints??

Did you check the connection with the 32 Bit SQL*Plus version, from the same 32 Bit Oracle Home that your application is using?
