In the Compare User Objects window (PLS 16.0.6), in the Selection tab, the list do not show Package Bodies.
I often use this window and select objects newer that a certain date (by ordering descending on the Compiled column) to selectively compare objects between large databases over slow connections to save time, and by not showing package bodies in the list the process misses these objects.
I have to always compare all packages in order for any differences in package bodies to come out.
