Commit button and F10 not working

I'm on Version 14.0.5.1986 (32 bit) version of PL/SQL Developer on Windows 10 and the Commit button/icon and the F10 shortcut key are not working. Any way to fix this?

Can you go to Preferences > User Interface / Options and press the "DSA Dialogs" button?

If you pressed the "Don't show this message again" option on the Commit confirmation screen, you will see a line like this:

Commit=N

Remove the line and try again.
