Comment highlighting not working

I have recently installed PL/SQL developer 7.0.3 and I find that in the program window comments are not highlighted as they used to be in previous versions. Does anyone know any reason for this? Strangely the comments are still highlighted in an SQL window.

Can you send me the plsql.kwf file from the PL/SQL Developer installation directory?
