Is there an easy way to combine a spc and bdy into a single pck?
Combining Spec and Body

If you right-click on a package you can select "Edit Spec & Body".
If you have the spec and body in a separate file you need to open both in a Program Window, copy the text of the body, right-click on the Program Window with the spec and select "Insert new program after", and paste the text of the body.
