Code folding and vertical scrollbar

When I fold all procedures and/or functions in a package body program window, the vertical scrollbar is hidden (if everything fits in the window of course). This is ok.

But if I now select/mark all folded procedures/functions and type to indent all of them, the procedures/functions are indented and automatically unfolded, but no vertical scrollbar appears. I have to fold something before the scrollbar appears again.

This is indeed not right. We'll fix it.
