Code assistant using lowercase does not work for local methods

I have the code assistant setting Coding style=Lowercase.

When I use code completion inside a package on local parameters, variables, procedures etc., the code assistant will complete the code with the original (mixed) case and not lower case.

Can this be fixed?

When prefixing with the current package name, e.g. a public procedure is written correctly by the code assistant in lower case.
