Code Assistant should be smarter

When I start typing "drop procedure proc" the code assistant not only lists my procedures, but also functions and packages, all of them sorted by name, not by type at all. Whenever you use procedures/functions/packages it shows a list or all 3 of them, which is not that useful and should be limited to the appropriate object type only.

Yes, the @ will show a list of database links in 9.0.
