Hi,
I updated Plsql to 14 (Version 14.05.19.1986) from 12 but some characters get corrupted like this.There is no problem in table data. Its the way I view it like this, its seems fine in colleagues who use different version.
I couldn't find solution yet.
I checked language options in regedit. It seems all OK. I use it in Turkish since we have Turkish characters in data.
Update: I have just realized that some characters in error messages also have problem. I ve attached screenshot of it.
