Change window to > Explain plan "funny looking"

When I change from any other window type to an Explan Plan window, it doesn't stay as a maximized window:

I have to minimize or resize, then maximize, to get it to look right. It's only changing to Explain Plan that does this. All the other types stay maximized. When other windows are open behind it with text in them, it looks really messed up.

That is indeed "funny". As soon as you resize the main window, it is corrected.

We'll fix it.
