I believe a recent update has caused PL/SQL Developer's pop-up menu that appears when right-clicking the taskbar button to include a "Center on this monitor" option.
I wouldn't mind this menu option so much, except that it's at the bottom of the menu, right where my muscle-memory says "Close" should be. This means I end up clicking it when I don't mean to.
Also, I only have one monitor, so the "this monitor" part is odd and makes me think this is a bug. The windows control panel says I have two monitors, but that the second one is "Not Active".
