Can't Log On - No Error Message

Hi

I am trying to log on to PlSQL Developer (v.10.0.5.1710) but I am not succeeding and the dialogue box that comes up is blank so I do not know what is wrong. Can someone help me out on this please?

My guess is that you are using an Oracle10g or earlier client. It is incompatible with Windows 7 and later. You will need to upgrade to an Oracle11g or 12c Client.

I was on 11g, but regardless, I've downloaded 12c client and now seem to have access again.
