Can't edit saved Package

Hi,

we are working with PL/SQL 8 and 9. When i open a Package with the Developer 8, everything is OK. But when i open the same Package with Developer 9, i got only a white Window with a question mark as title. Some Packages are working and some Packages have that problem.

What can it be? Some special characters?
