cant connect plsql(64bit)

plsql(64bit) cant connect to oralce(64) client,How can I do.

How can I connect to oracle server directly ,not use instant client

You will need to install an Oracle Client on your PC. This can either be a Full Client or an Instant Client.

Note that a 32 bit version of PL/SQL Developer requires a 32 bit version of the Oracle Client, and that a 64 bit version of PL/SQL Developer requires a 64 bit version of the Oracle Client.
